What will you do after joining us?

  • Administer personnel documentation – from employment and employment contracts to certificates, dismissals and other related documents.
  • Coordinate working time accounting processes: holidays, business trips, absences and other issues related to working time.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements in daily personnel processes.
  • Administer documentation of Non-EU employees and coordinate migration processes.
  • Communicate with institutions (Sodra, VDI, Migration Department, etc.) and coordinate related processes.
  • Prepare information for audits and contribute to their smooth administration.
  • Work with personnel management systems (“Vecticum”, “Rivilė”, “Aiva”).
  • Contribute to the development and updating of internal procedures and personnel policies.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR principles in personnel administration processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of personnel administration processes.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration (an advantage is experience with foreign labor law).
  • Good labor law basics.
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information and documents.
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian.
  • Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy, responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn, improve and deepen competence in the field of personnel administration.
