Personnel Administration Specialist

UAB "VAILIDA" invites a responsible, organized and communicative Personnel Administration specialist to join the team.

■ Administration of employee hiring, dismissal, employment contracts and personnel documents;
Preparation of orders, business trips, vacations and other personnel documents;
■ Administration of employee data, documents and registers, work with Rivile, Infotrans, Excel;
■ Control of document expiration dates, qualifications, health and other documents required for employees;
■ Administration of Social Security notifications and other documents related to employment relations;
■ Administration of migration processes and documents, work with MIGRIS;
■ Daily communication with employees, provision of information and resolution of emerging situations.

● Responsibility, diligence and organization;
● Ability to independently plan work;
● Good communication and computer skills;
● Knowledge of Russian is a must;
● Experience in the field of transport or personnel administration is an advantage.
