- Coordination of third-country employee recruitment and migration processes.
- Collection, preparation and administration of submission of documents to the responsible authorities.
- Consulting candidates and employees on recruitment and migration issues.
- Coordination of communication with the Migration Department, recruitment partners, candidates and employees.
- Administration of processes and deadlines and ensuring their smooth implementation.
- Administration of employee and candidate data in business management systems.
- Development of new driver search channels and improvement of the selection process.
- Initial selection of candidates as needed.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in personnel administration.
- Knowledge of third-country employee recruitment and migration processes is an advantage.
- Diligence, responsibility and the ability to simultaneously manage several processes and their deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with candidates, employees, institutions, agencies and colleagues.
- Very good knowledge of Russian and English.
- Ability to independently solve emerging situations and take responsibility for the result.
- Initiative, organization, ability to independently plan work and good computer skills.
