BE READY (-USI):
- Administer employee recruitment, dismissal, make changes to employment contracts
- Prepare certificates, orders and reports related to employee data
- Administer employee business trips and additional benefits
- Consult employees on employment relations administration issues
- Cooperate with finance and legal departments to ensure smooth operations - including payroll, sick leave and contract preparation and signing processes
- Prepare and administer mandatory employee health checks
- Ensure employee safety in cooperation with external partners
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
- Participate in other HR team projects and initiatives (trainings, events, etc.)
ABOUT YOU:
- Higher or incomplete higher education in HR management, business administration, law or a related field
- Have more than 2 years of successful work experience in the field of personnel administration
- Have experience working with personnel information administration systems (NAVISION program is an advantage)
- You are familiar with the legislation regulating labor relations
- You are a cooperative, proactive and helpful personality
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment, make decisions independently
- You learn quickly, analyze and systematize information
- You have good knowledge of English
