Personnel administration specialist

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR and administration specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth implementation of HR administration processes. Main responsibilities include preparing employment contracts, amending and administering occupational safety (programs), hiring, firing and other HR processes, timesheets, i.e. creating timesheets and accounting for working hours, administering annual, unpaid and other holidays, managing employee files and personnel documentation, communicating with state institutions on HR issues, administering documents of seconded employees, managing the car fleet – controlling insurance, technical inspections, registration documents and other deadlines, and other daily administrative tasks.

We hope that you have experience in personnel administration and are fluent in Russian, know the basics of labor law, are able to independently plan your work, are diligent and result-oriented, and are good at working with computers.
