Personnel Administration Manager

"Eglės sanatorija" is a leading, largest sanatorium in Lithuania and Northern Europe! The sanatorium is located in the nature-loving resorts of Druskininkai and Birštonas and other Lithuanian cities, where it has opened 11 new rehabilitation centers. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administration Manager to join our team.

🌲Administration of personnel documents (hiring, firing employees, vacation administration, changes to employment contracts, etc.);
🌲Administration of personnel documents and procedures, ensuring their compliance with applicable legal acts;
🌲Tracking and application of HR requirements and changes;
🌲Analysis of personnel indicators: systematization, analysis, preparation of reports;
🌲Filling and control of aggregate and non-aggregate timesheets, work schedules;
🌲BSS IT system administration;
🌲Other administrative tasks related to the company's activities.

🌲Work experience in the field of personnel management;
🌲Experience working with document and personnel management programs;
🌲Knowledge and application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Latvia in practice;
🌲BSS IT system administration (advantage);
🌲Excellent computer and Excel skills;
🌲Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
🌲Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team.
