Nature of work
Administration of personnel data of assigned departments;
Preparation, administration and control of documents regulating employment relations;
Management of the Pofitweb system: information entry and administration, implementation of structural changes;
Preparation of reports related to personnel issues;
Cooperation and assistance to employees;
Other administrative work of the personnel management process;
Hybrid work model.
Fixed-term employment contract until 2028 (with the possibility of extension indefinitely).

Higher education (in the field of personnel management or law - an advantage);
At least 2 years of experience in a similar field;
