We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative personnel selection specialist who would be able to independently manage selection processes, creatively search for candidates, and help our team grow.
Nature of work
- Independent organization of the entire employee selection process – from the search for candidates to their successful introduction into the team;
- Preparation and publication of job advertisements on various platforms;
- Active search for candidates on social networks, job portals and other channels;
- Communication with candidates by phone, e-mail and during remote or live chats;
- Assessment of candidates’ experience, competencies and suitability for specific positions;
- Application of modern candidate search and headhunting methods;
- Cooperation with heads of different departments in order to understand their needs and select the most suitable employees;
- Participation in improving selection processes and internal systems.
What do we expect?
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of personnel selection;
- Ability to independently organize the selection process and manage several selections simultaneously;
- Excellent communication, candidate assessment and negotiation skills;
- Responsibility, organization, initiative and result orientation;
- Good computer literacy;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage;
- Want to improve in the field of personnel selection, interest in innovations and creative approach.
