Organization of search and selection of employees from third countries;
Posting and administration of advertisements on online portals, social networks, other professional portals;
Finding ways to attract candidates, selecting search channels; generating ideas;
Conducting interviews by phone, remotely and from the office in Klaipėda;
Organization of testing of potential employees;
Maintaining contact with candidates.

Employee requirements
EXPERIENCE of similar work;
Higher or higher education;
Excellent command of Russian and Lithuanian languages (written and spoken);
English is an advantage;
Very good computer skills (MS Office);
Diligence, responsibility, meeting deadlines.
Ability to work in a team, quick orientation and flexible approach to changing information;
The ability to work in stressful situations and promptly solve the problems that arise.
Higher or higher education;
Excellent command of Russian and Lithuanian languages (written and spoken);
