Personnel Selection Specialist

● You will independently carry out the full selection process - from candidate search to employment
● You will actively "hunt" for candidates: portals, social networks, databases
● You will work by phone every day - you will quickly evaluate, select and make decisions 📞
● You will test ads and channels - you will look for what gives the best result
● You will ensure a smooth path for candidates throughout the process
● You will manage documentation and work with internal systems
● You will be a partner for the team and management in making decisions

● You have experience in personnel selection and you understand the whole process from A to Z well
● You communicate fluently in English, knowledge of Russian is a big advantage
● You are independent - you are able to plan your working day, set priorities and work without constant supervision
● You work quickly, but maintain quality - this is your work standard
● You are not afraid of the phone and active communication with candidates
● You are result-oriented and able to achieve it
