Nature of work:
- Full management of the selection process: from receiving the selection requirement and matching the candidate profile to hiring the employee;
- Candidate attraction and assessment: preparing and publishing job advertisements, active candidate search, conducting selection interviews;
- Market analysis: monitoring the candidate market, remuneration and competitive environment and providing insights;
- Cooperation with managers: consulting on selection issues, assistance in identifying the most suitable candidates and supporting decision-making;
- Improving selection processes: participating in initiatives related to increasing the efficiency and quality of personnel selection.
Requirements:
- Experience in active employee search and selection;
- Higher education (in human resources, psychology, law or similar fields - considered an advantage);
- Good knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level, written and spoken);
- Ability to effectively manage large information flows;
- Experience working with Linkedin - an advantage;
- Excellent communication, time management skills, and a responsible attitude to work.
