BTL Group - unites over 3000 employees in more than 50 companies operating in the sectors of international freight transportation and forwarding, real estate, accommodation, ferry, bridge and tunnel ticket sales. We invite a PERSONNEL SELECTION MANAGER to join the team.

Nature of work:

  • Full management of the selection process: from receiving the selection requirement and matching the candidate profile to hiring the employee;
  • Candidate attraction and assessment: preparing and publishing job advertisements, active candidate search, conducting selection interviews;
  • Market analysis: monitoring the candidate market, remuneration and competitive environment and providing insights;
  • Cooperation with managers: consulting on selection issues, assistance in identifying the most suitable candidates and supporting decision-making;
  • Improving selection processes: participating in initiatives related to increasing the efficiency and quality of personnel selection.

Requirements:

  • Experience in active employee search and selection;
  • Higher education (in human resources, psychology, law or similar fields - considered an advantage);
  • Good knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level, written and spoken);
  • Ability to effectively manage large information flows;
  • Experience working with Linkedin - an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, time management skills, and a responsible attitude to work.
