Personnel Selection Manager

We are looking for an active, communicative and result-oriented person to work with candidate selection. We work in the field of personnel selection and help drivers find job opportunities in foreign companies.

The work is carried out with already generated contacts - you will not have to search for candidates from scratch yourself. The main task will be to contact potential candidates, present job offers, answer questions and help the person make a decision about employment.

Nature of work:

• Call potential candidates according to the provided contacts;
• Present job offers in foreign companies;
• Communicate with candidates by phone and text messages;
• Answer questions about working conditions, schedule, salary and departure;
• Maintain contact with candidates until their employment;
• Enter information about candidates into the system;
• Achieve agreed monthly results.

The work is carried out from an office in Klaipėda. With good results and a responsible attitude, in the future we can discuss the possibility of hybrid work - working from home part of the time.

Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00. For students or motivated candidates, we can discuss a more flexible schedule.

This is a job for someone who likes to communicate, convince, find solutions and see a clear result of their work. Here, the reward depends on the efforts and results achieved, so the more active and qualitative the work, the greater the earning potential.

Requirements for the employee:

• Sociability and courage to communicate by phone;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage;
• Responsibility and organization;
• Willingness to learn and improve;
• Ability to work independently;
• Result-oriented.

Experience in sales, customer service, personnel selection, call center or similar field would be an advantage, but not necessary. The most important thing is the desire to work, communicate with people and achieve results.

1000-3000 €/mon. net
