We are looking for a Personnel Selection Manager who will help you find suitable employees for positions in Lithuania and abroad.
Your daily routine will include searching for candidates, communicating, interviewing and creating job advertisements. Experience is not necessary - if you are communicative, proactive and want to grow in the field of personnel selection, we will help you learn everything you need for the job.

What are you going to do:
🔸 Search for candidates through various channels and look for new ways to reach them;
🔸 Communicate with candidates by phone and conduct selection interviews;
🔸 Create and publish job advertisements;
🔸 Accompany candidates throughout the selection process;
🔸 Administer candidate information and employment documents;
🔸 Participate in job fairs, events and other candidate attraction activities;
🔸 Experience in selection, sales or customer service is an advantage, but not a necessity.
