We are currently looking for a Personnel Selection Manager who will help us find the right people for different positions in Lithuania and abroad.
In this position, you will communicate with candidates, conduct their search and selection, conduct interviews, create job advertisements and, together with the team, look for new ways to reach potential employees. It is not necessary to be a selection specialist. If you are interested in working with people, easily make contact, are not afraid of initiative and want to grow purposefully in the field of personnel selection - we will help you acquire the necessary professional knowledge.

Work functions:
🔸 Actively search for candidates through different search channels and find new ways to reach them;
🔸 Assess candidate suitability, communicate by phone and conduct selection interviews;
🔸 Create and publish job advertisements and other communication for candidates;
🔸 Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure their professional experience;
🔸 Manage candidate information and administer the selection database;
🔸 Prepare and administer employment-related documents;
🔸 Participate in job fairs, presentations, meetings and other candidate attraction events;
🔸 Contribute to the development of new employee search and selection methods and team initiatives.

🔸 Experience in personnel selection, sales or customer service will be considered an advantage.
