It doesn't matter whether you already have experience in the search and selection of long-distance drivers, or you just want to gain it. ✔ You will independently organize active selection for third-country nationals;
✔ You will evaluate candidates, maintain contact throughout the recruitment process;
✔ You will confidently interview candidates by phone;
✔ You will prepare job advertisements and place them on foreign job offer portals;
✔ You will be interested in and monitor the labor market, analyze situations and changes in the Republic of Lithuania regarding the legal status of foreigners;
✔ I will responsibly control the entire selection and recruitment process;
✔ You will prepare and submit reports and proposals to the manager.
