What will be your responsibilities?
- Active search and selection of drivers from third countries.
- Communication and cooperation with driver search agencies abroad.
- Coordination of candidate attraction channels and search methods.
- Monitoring the driver experience in the organization and initiating changes that would help drivers work more comfortably, smoothly and with greater satisfaction.
You will not need to manage documents - these processes are administered by our separate team, so you can focus all your attention on the search and selection of drivers.
What do you need for successful work?
- Similar work experience.
- Ability to work with social networks (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
- Good command of English and Russian.
- Ability and willingness to go on business trips abroad.
- Communicative skills, ability to persuade and negotiate.
