We are looking for a HEAD OF PERSONNEL SELECTION GROUP, who will not only ensure effective management of selection processes, but will also become a strong leader, helping the team grow and achieve common goals. NATURE OF WORK:
- Ensure successful activities of the personnel selection team
- Conduct search and attraction of employees for projects abroad
- Together with the selection team, achieve set goals, analyze performance indicators and initiate proposals for improvement of activities
- Organize the search for external personnel partners and subcontractors, develop and maintain cooperation with them
- Cooperate with area managers in order to accurately determine the qualification requirements of employees
- Coordinate the entire employee selection process - from the search for candidates and first contact to their transfer to the employment process
- Develop and implement employee attraction strategies, look for new candidate search and attraction channels
- Ensure high candidate experience during selections, provide timely feedback and strengthen the employer's image
- Promote the professional growth of the selection team and share good practices
