We, UAB "Bioprolit" are a dynamic and rapidly growing company, whose main activity is the provision of transport services. The company was founded with the aim of offering high-quality transportation solutions in both the local and international markets.
Nature of work:
- Search, selection and initial assessment of long-distance drivers;
- Organization of the full selection cycle – from matching the employee’s needs to the candidate’s employment;
- Administration of employment of Lithuanian and foreign citizens;
- Conclusion, amendment and termination of employment contracts;
- Organization of employment and migration processes of foreigners;
- Preparation and administration of documents, work with the MIGRIS system;
- Administration of residence permits, visas and other documents related to work and life in Lithuania;
- Control of document validity periods;
- Communication with the Migration Department, VDI, “Sodra” and other institutions;
- Coordination of drivers’ arrival, start of work and adaptation;
- Resolving daily driver issues and situations;
- Cooperation with transport managers and company administration;
- Administration and constant updating of the candidate database;
- Participation in forming and maintaining a stable team of drivers.
What to expect:
- Experience in personnel selection and administration;
- Experience in selecting long-distance drivers;
- Practical experience in employing third-country nationals;
- Knowledge of foreign employment and migration processes;
- Knowledge of the basics of labor law;
- Ability to independently organize the entire employee recruitment process;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to manage a large amount of information and documents;
- Ability to meet deadlines and independently plan work;
- Understanding the specifics of the transport sector.
We will consider it an advantage:
- Experience working with the MIGRIS system;
- Experience communicating with the Migration Department and other institutions;
- Knowledge of driver visas, residence permits, secondment and other processes related to international employment;
- Additional foreign languages;
- Experience working with employees from third countries.
