We are looking for an ambitious, challenge-oriented HR Consultant to join our Baltics team in Vilnius!
This is a 360° HR Consultant position, which includes not only managing the entire recruitment process, but also active communication with clients and consulting on HR solutions. We are looking for someone who is able to not only find the best talents, but also build long-term partnerships with business clients.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage the entire personnel selection process - from client needs analysis to successful candidate recruitment;
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities;
- Propose individually tailored personnel selection solutions that create value for clients;
- Monitor labor market trends and contribute to the improvement of selection strategies and processes.
We hope you:
- Have at least 1.5 years of active personnel selection experience (experience gained in a personnel selection agency is an advantage);
- Have practical experience in searching for and attracting candidates - not only working with incoming candidate CVs;
- Fluently speak Lithuanian and English.
- You are proactive, able to independently plan your work and priorities.
We offer:
- Competitive salary – 2,100–2,300 EUR gross, depending on your experience, from the first day of work;
- Performance bonuses from the first successfully completed selection – our consultants currently earn from 120 EUR to 1,500+ EUR per month in addition to the base salary;
