We are looking for a manager who, together with the team, would take care of attracting employees and ensuring the organization's needs throughout the organization.
You will be responsible for:
- planning the activities of the selection team, monitoring results, training and leadership;
- formation and implementation of MAXIMA's selection strategy, taking into account business needs;
- organization and improvement of selection processes, ensuring quality and good candidate experience;
- organization of selections of different employee groups: from store and logistics employees to administration and managers;
- strengthening partnerships with business units, helping to ensure the need for employees;
- analysis of selection indicators, providing insights and making decisions based on data;
- evaluation and development of selection channels, partners and search tools;
- strengthening the employer image in the context of attracting candidates;
- planning, allocation and management of the selection budget.
We appreciate your:
- management experience in the fields of selection and/or personnel management;
- experience in organizing large-scale selections and managing search processes for various groups of employees;
- ability to understand business needs and translate them into specific personnel solutions;
- leadership, the ability to mobilize a team, develop people and achieve common goals;
- ability to analyze data, evaluate results and make informed decisions;
- initiative, perseverance and courage to seek new solutions;
- ability to operate in a dynamic environment, set priorities and respond quickly to changes;
- strong collaboration and communication skills.
