Key Responsibilities
Main responsibilities: conducting qualified employee selections and active communication with potential employees
THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Active search for candidates, conducting job interviews with candidates, creating the best candidate experience, providing suggestions and feedback;
Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms;
Administration of the candidate database, preparing reports;
Preparing employment contracts and employment-related documents;
Generating new ideas and providing proposals for innovative selection and attraction methods, channels and tools.

Employee requirements
You have at least 1 year of experience in personnel selection or personnel administration;
you are an proactive and sociable person;
you want to meet different people, make decisions quickly, and are able to convince others;
you speak English or Russian;
higher education in human resources, business management or similar fields would be an advantage.
