Do you love people, communication, and the feeling of finding the right candidate at the right time? Then you might be exactly the person we are looking for to join the AVS PipeFit team for the position of Personnel Selection Specialist.
What are you going to do?
- You will conduct selections of production specialists in the EU and Lithuanian markets (welders, pipe fitters, assemblers for work in ship and industrial projects)
- You will actively search for candidates in various channels: job portals, social networks, databases and other creative ways
- You will create and place job advertisements
- You will conduct initial job interviews by phone and "live"
- You will maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process
- You will administer the candidate database and ensure a smooth selection process
- You will look for new channels and ideas for attracting candidates.
We hope you:
- Have experience in personnel selection (experience in a production / technical / project environment is a big advantage)
- You are fluent in English (required)
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
- You are communicative, you quickly establish contact with people
- You are able to work independently, plan your time and manage several selections at the same time
- You are result-oriented and do not give up after the first "no".
