- Organization, implementation and control of employee search, attraction and selection processes (with a focus on worker positions)
- Active communication, search for candidates and daily cooperation with them
- Analysis and planning of personnel needs
- Participation in various HR projects (career fairs, development of a motivational system, improvement of personnel management processes, etc.)
WE HOPE THAT
- You have a higher education
- You communicate in English (verbally and in writing) and Russian (verbally)
- You have work experience in the field of personnel search and selection
- You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- You are able to listen and communicate clearly, using professionalism and correctness
- You are able to work independently and in a team
- You are flexible and quickly solve problems
