UAB "Disacos paslaugos" invites a Human Resources Specialist to join us for work in Šiauliai or Kaunas
We are looking for someone who enjoys active candidate search, communication with people and a clear result – a successfully employed candidate.
Your main responsibility will be the search and selection of employees for work in Germany, but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader personnel management processes.

Your mission:
- Organize and conduct employee search and selection according to customer needs in Germany, mainly in the logistics sector.
- Actively search for candidates through various channels - social networks, job portals, professional networks, through recommendations, partnerships with educational institutions and other channels.
- Manage the entire selection process from the first contact with the candidate to successful employment.
- Create attractive job advertisements, selection campaigns and look for new ways to attract candidates.
- Communicate with candidates, assess their experience, motivation and suitability for specific positions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that selections are carried out smoothly, promptly and according to the real needs of employees.
- Administer candidate data and documents required for employment in the personnel management system.
- Contribute to the improvement of personnel processes, employee attraction strategy and employer image creation.
We hope you:
- Have experience in the field of personnel search or selection. Experience in international selections is a big advantage.
- You like active candidate search and are not limited to publishing job advertisements and reviewing incoming CVs.
- You are proactive, creative, communicative and result-oriented.
- You are able to independently plan your work, manage several selections at the same time and set priorities.
- You know how to use different communication and candidate search channels and are interested in the latest trends in employee recruitment.
- You are interested in personnel management processes and want to expand your competencies not only in selections, but also in other HR areas.
- You are able to work both independently and in a team.
- You can communicate in English. Knowledge of Russian and/or German would be an advantage.
