Nature of work
Main responsibilities, in other words what you will do every day:
WORK PLACE: Eglių g. 1, Ilgakiemis, Kaunas district
- You will conduct a search for production and administrative employees;
- You will manage the entire selection process from "we need a person" to "we found the perfect one!";
- You will create advertisements that people really want to read;
- You will conduct interviews and hunt for candidates on LinkedIn, CV bank and elsewhere, where they are hiding;
- You will cooperate with managers to understand the needs of the team, in other words, you will turn "I want a good person" into real criteria;
- You will ensure the experience of candidates throughout the process;
- You will administer and analyze selection data;
- You will strengthen the employer's image during the selection process;

We expect from the employee
- We are looking for someone who can not only read CVs, but also "read between the lines". If LinkedIn is not just a profile for you, but a hunting ground - we are almost a team!
- Have experience in personnel selection for at least 1 year;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to manage several selections at once (and not lose your sanity 😊);
- Curiosity, initiative and result orientation;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and some English;
