- Prepare job advertisements and publish them on various platforms
- Organize job interviews, assess candidates' experience and suitability
- Maintain contact with selected candidates
- Contribute to the recruitment process and personnel documentation

- Experience in personnel selection
- Responsible attitude to work and excellent communication skills
- Organization and ability to plan time effectively
- Good computer skills
- English - fluent in spoken and written
