Nature of work:
- Organize and carry out personnel search and selection, ensuring timely attraction of employees needed by the company;
- Cooperate with managers in determining employee needs and finding the best solutions;
- Search for candidates from available databases, candidate lists and actively expand candidate search channels;
- Prepare attractive and effective job advertisements, ensure their publication and dissemination in the most appropriate selection channels;
- Collect and refine information about candidates' experience, qualifications, motivation and opportunities to work abroad;
- Maintain, update and manage the candidate database;
- Organize training and testing of potential employees;
- Promptly and professionally respond to candidate inquiries and actively communicate with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Provide information to managers about the progress and results of selections;
- Contribute to the coordination of employee recruitment and exit processes, help resolve daily employee issues;
- If desired, get involved in other personnel management projects and initiate your own ideas.
Employee requirements:
- Experience in selection, active candidate search or personnel;
- Ability to independently plan, organize and manage the selection process from candidate search to employment;
- Experience in creating job advertisements and content for social networks;
- Initiative, curiosity, results-oriented and a desire to find more effective solutions for attracting employees;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office package);
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with representatives of different cultures, nationalities and professions;
- Experience in assessing candidates' motivation, qualifications, work experience and suitability.
