We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced personnel selection specialist who will be responsible for effective employee search and selection organization in all divisions of the company.

What are you going to do?
- You will conduct selections of employees in various fields - from work managers and technical specialists to skilled workers.
- You will actively search for candidates through various search channels: you will apply direct candidate search (headhunting), use CV databases, social networks, recommendation networks and look for other effective ways to attract candidates.
- You will prepare attractive job advertisements, coordinate their publication and cooperate with the marketing team, strengthening the image of the company as an employer.
- You will organize and conduct initial and selective job interviews, assess candidates' professional competencies, motivation and suitability for specific positions, ensuring candidates' professional experience throughout the selection process.
- You will coordinate the entire employee selection process - from receiving a personnel requirement and first contact with the candidate to submitting a job offer and successful completion of the selection.
- You will be responsible for the candidate database, administer selection information and ensure the orderly administration of selection-related documentation.
- You will constantly look for new ways to attract candidates, analyze selection results and propose solutions to make selections even more efficient.

- Have at least 2 years of experience in personnel selection.
- You are communicative, able to easily communicate with employees of various professions and build a relationship based on trust.
- You are able to independently plan your work, manage several selections at the same time and meet deadlines.
- You are result-oriented and responsibly pursue your goals.
