PERSONNEL SELECTION SPECIALIST

you will independently manage dynamic employee search/selection projects;
communicate with managers of successful organizations and create immediate long-term partnerships;
after finding out the client's need and vision, you will create attractive job advertisements, you will look for the most suitable ways and methods to attract TOP candidates, you will conduct "headhunting";
you will be responsible for conducting professional job interviews, assessing candidates' personal and professional competencies;
you will become part of an ambitious team, you will contribute to the improvement of processes and the search for new channels/methods with your ideas and actions.

you are a "people person" with empathy and excellent communication skills;
able to work independently, learn quickly and are result-oriented;
you communicate well in English (oral and written);
has a higher education in the field of HR, psychology or business management;
experience in personnel management/selection is a big advantage.
