PERSONNEL SELECTION SPECIALIST

Search for employees in Lithuania and abroad;
Search for candidates on different job portals, social networks and other channels;
Preparation, placement and administration of job advertisements;
Review of candidate CVs and initial selection;
Communication with candidates by phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
Informing candidates about working conditions and offers;
Organization and coordination of candidate selection;
Administration of candidate data and selection information;
Cooperation with clients and colleagues in order to find suitable employees as quickly as possible;
Search and improvement of employee search channels and selection methods;
Monitoring the results of candidate attraction and application of the best-performing search methods.

Russian is a must, English is a must;
Activity, initiative and perseverance in finding candidates;
Excellent communication and people skills;
Ability to quickly establish contact with different people;
Responsibility and result orientation;
Ability to work independently and achieve set goals;
Experience in personnel selection or employee search is an advantage, but we are also looking for motivated candidates who want to grow in this area.
