Your main responsibilities will be:
- You will be responsible for the professional and effective execution of the long-haul driver selection process.
- You will proactively utilize existing and expand potential search channels to attract the right long-haul drivers.
- You will analyze the labor market and make suggestions to managers.
- You will contribute to the optimization and improvement of the long-haul driver selection process.
- Together with the entire HR team, you will participate in the implementation of various projects and initiatives.
