Personnel Selection Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Specialist to join our team and help ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Main responsibilities:

Preparation and placement of job advertisements on various search platforms and social networks.
Search and selection of candidates.
Initial coaching upon employment.

We expect that you:

• Have work experience in conducting personnel selections and active candidate search.
• Have experience in preparing, posting and administering job advertisements on social networks and other selection channels.
• . You speak Russian and English fluently.
• You work well in MS Office programs.
• You perform assigned tasks promptly, independently and responsibly.
• You are proactive, communicative and helpful.
