Personnel Selection Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, proactive and communicative personnel selection specialist to join our team and help ensure an effective employee search and smooth selection process.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing and posting job advertisements on various job search portals and social networks;
• Actively searching for candidates, selecting them and conducting initial interviews;
• Communicating with candidates throughout the selection process;
• Initial training of new employees and providing them with the necessary information before starting work;
• Administration of candidate data and selection information;
• Participation in job fairs and other employee recruitment events;
• Initiating new employee search channels and recruitment methods.

We expect that you:

Have experience in the field of personnel selection and conducting active candidate searches;

Have experience in preparing, posting and administering job advertisements on social networks, job search portals and other selection channels;

You are well versed in social networks and know how to use them effectively to search for and attract employees;

You are fluent in Russian and English;

You work well with MS Office programs;

You are able to perform assigned tasks promptly, independently and responsibly;

You are proactive, communicative, organized and result-oriented;

You are able to easily establish contact and communicate professionally with different people.
