NATURE OF WORK:
- Active search and recruitment of employees for projects abroad
- Close cooperation with area managers to accurately understand the qualification requirements of the required specialists
- Coordination of the entire selection process - from the first contact with the candidate to referral for employment
- Creating a positive candidate experience and providing constant feedback
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have successful experience in conducting active selections
- You have excellent knowledge of candidate attraction channels and are constantly looking for new, creative solutions
- Able to independently manage several selection projects at the same time
- You are communicative and able to build trusting relationships with colleagues and candidates
- Able to communicate in English and Russian
