Nature of work:
- Active search and attraction of employees (skilled workers working abroad) through various channels;
- Candidate selection: CV review, initial phone interviews, live and remote interviews;
- Coordination of the selection process from the search to the signing of the employment contract;
- Cooperation with company managers, determining the need for employees and selection criteria;
- Cooperation with the accounting department during the employee recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of personnel selection;
- Ability to communicate in Russian;
- Knowledge of English;
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates through various channels (telephone, video calls, live);
- Experience in preparing personnel documents (employment contracts);
- Excellent organizational skills and independence;
- Experience working with selections for projects abroad is an advantage.
