Your main tasks:
Organization and implementation of the search and selection of production employees;
Maintaining constant contact with candidates and company employees;
Administration of advertisements on specialized websites, the company's website, social networks, professional portals;
Administration of the candidate database;
Active expansion of candidate search channels.

We hope you:
Have experience in employee selection;
Have a higher education in social sciences or another related field;
Able to work independently;
Fluent in English and Russian (B-level English and Russian required);
Excellent computer skills.

Salary:
1400€ -1700 €/month after taxes
