Preparing and publishing job advertisements on job portals and social networks;
Active candidate search, CV analysis, conducting initial interviews and candidate assessment;
Cooperation with the sales team, employee needs analysis and selection planning;
Candidate data administration and information entry into internal systems;
Preparing reports on selection results and other personnel indicators;
Maintaining long-term relationships with current and former employees;
Strengthening the employer's positive reputation and ensuring candidate experience.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the field of personnel search and selection;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Ability to independently plan work and effectively manage several selections simultaneously;
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
Good computer skills (MS Office package);
Knowledge of English is an advantage;
