THIS POSITION IS WAITING FOR YOU
- Searching for candidates in various channels and administering search tools;
- Organizing and implementing the employee selection process in Lithuania and abroad (attracting, searching for candidates, conducting interviews and assessing them, consulting and maintaining constant contact);
- Coordinating and administering employee recruitment, training and other personnel management (vacation, business trips, working time accounting) processes;
- Collaborating with the team on needs, training and selections;
- Improving the personnel selection process and generating new ideas for attracting candidates;
- Recording, analyzing and providing insights into indicators related to employee recruitment and selection.
YOU WILL NEED
- Experience in personnel selection and/or personnel administration;
- Good communication skills in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
- Good communication, collaboration and time management skills;
- Knowledge of modern recruitment and selection tools and labor market trends;
- Courage to call and work with candidates;
- Strong motivation for work with selections;
- Experience in finding scaffolding installation specialists (an advantage).
