PERSONNEL SELECTION SPECIALIST

We help companies operating in Scandinavia find and employ construction workers. We cooperate with several companies, manage selections for different specialties and maintain contact with candidates from the first interview until departure.

We are looking for a team member who can actively search for candidates, assess their experience and independently organize selections.

Search and selection of construction workers for work in Scandinavia: carpenters, plasterers, concrete workers, bricklayers, finishers and other specialists.
Work only with European Union citizens.
Preparation and publication of job advertisements on job portals, Facebook groups and other candidate search channels.
Administration of company Facebook pages: publication of advertisements and other content, response to candidate messages and comments.
Active search for new candidates and communication with employees in the available database.
Conducting initial selection interviews by phone.
Assessment of candidates' work experience, professional skills, language proficiency, salary expectations and ability to leave.
Clear presentation of job offers, salary and employment conditions to candidates.
Preparation and submission of candidate profiles and descriptions to responsible managers.
Maintaining contact with selected candidates until their departure.
Transferring information to colleagues responsible for recruitment, documentation and employee arrival.
Updating the candidate database and tracking the results of selections.

Experience in personnel selection, sales, customer service or active candidate search.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally on the phone.
Ability to ask specific questions and properly assess the suitability of the candidate.
Independence, initiative and result orientation.
Ability to simultaneously conduct several different employee selections.
Responsible approach to agreements, deadlines and accuracy of information provided.
Good computer skills.
Ability to use Excel or Google Sheets.
Good oral and written Lithuanian.

Experience in recruiting or recruiting construction workers abroad.
Knowledge of construction specialties and work performed.
Fluency in English and/or Russian.
Experience working with candidate management systems.
Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager – creating and managing job search ads on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Ability to create text and visual content for social networks.
