We are looking for a motivated, sociable and charismatic person to join our team and take care of the search and selection of international freight vehicle drivers.
Don't have experience in personnel selection? No problem. If you are a person who easily makes contact, is not afraid of calls and has a desire to learn - we will teach you everything!

✅ Nature of work:
- You will actively search for potential drivers and establish contact with them;
- You will communicate with candidates by phone and advise them about job offers;
- You will conduct initial interviews and assess candidates;
- You will prepare and place job advertisements on various platforms;
- You will search for new candidates through various channels;
- You will fill in candidate information in the system and follow the selection process;
- You will cooperate with the team to ensure that suitable drivers join the company as soon as possible.
✅ Candidate requirements:
- Good knowledge of English and Russian;
- You are motivated and want results;
- You have good communication skills;
- You are charismatic and positive
Experience in personnel selection is an advantage, but not a necessity.
