What will need to be done?
In this position, your main job would be to search and select drivers - from the first contact with the candidate until his arrival at work.
- Search for CE category and long-distance drivers;
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text and email;
- Evaluate candidates' experience and suitability;
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process;
- Find new ways to reach and engage drivers.
What do we expect from you?
- You are sociable and are not afraid to call strangers;
- You know how to establish contact and communicate pleasantly;
- You are responsible, organized and are not afraid of dynamic work;
- You are result-oriented;
- You are able to independently plan your work;
- Experience with the search for long-distance drivers would be a great advantage.
