What will need to be done?
In this position, your main job would be to search and select drivers - from the first contact with the candidate until his arrival at work.
Search for CE category and long-distance drivers;
Communicate with candidates by phone, text and email;
Assess candidates' experience and suitability;
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process;
Find new ways to reach and engage drivers.
