- Organization and selection of personnel search and selection;
- Creating / placing job advertisements on various job search platforms;
- Searching for employees through various channels, offering your ideas, attracting new candidates;
- Constant communication with candidates by phone and e-mail. by post;
- Candidate evaluation and job interview;
- Laboration of the labor market - collection of data on potential employees, filling in the database and maintaining contacts with partners, educational institutions, the labor exchange and other sources of search for candidates;
Employee requirements
- At least two years of experience in the field of personnel search/selection is required.
- English and Russian are required.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are proactive;
