We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Specialist to join our team and help ensure a smooth talent acquisition process.

Main responsibilities:
- Management of the entire selection process – from position needs analysis to successful candidate selection and job offer submission.
- Preparation and placement of job advertisements on various search platforms.
- Candidate search using active and passive methods (LinkedIn, social networks, internal resources, etc.).
- Initial and detailed assessment of candidates, organization and conduct of job interviews.
- Assessment of candidates’ professional competencies and compliance with the organization’s culture.
- Cooperation with managers in forming selection strategies and decisions.
- Preparation of selection reports and process improvement.
- Work with personnel documentation.
- Participation in the development and implementation of personnel management solutions and projects together with the team.
Requirements for the candidate:
- You have work experience in conducting personnel selections and candidate search in a manufacturing company (required).
- You speak Russian fluently (English is an advantage).
- Strong communication, analysis and candidate assessment skills, allowing you to professionally see the true potential.
- You are communicative, empathetic and able to build a trusting relationship with candidates.
- You have excellent planning, prioritization and independence skills, allowing you to effectively manage several selections at the same time.
- Achieving results and conducting high-quality selections is an integral part of your work.

- Working hours from 8:00 to 16:45, on Fridays - until 15:30. Weekends are free.
