We are looking for an proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Manager who is able to think creatively, is not afraid to go beyond the standard framework and actively contributes to the attraction of international drivers.
Experience in recruitment is an advantage, but not a necessity. We also invite motivated candidates without experience who want to learn and seek to build a career in recruitment. The most important thing is the desire to work, initiative, responsibility, and the ability to communicate with people. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Primary responsibilities
Search and selection of long-distance drivers;
Active communication with potential drivers, maintaining contact and building long-term relationships;
Preparation of job advertisements and their publication on social networks and foreign job portals;
Conducting remote and live selection interviews;
Full administration of the selection process from the first contact with the candidate to the conclusion of an employment contract.

What we expect from you
Higher or higher education;
Experience in personnel selection (driver or mass selection experience is an advantage);
Courage to communicate, initiative and result orientation;
Good computer skills (work should bring joy, not stress);
Ability to plan time, prioritize tasks and work independently;
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS; Knowledge of Russian and English.
