We are expanding our operations in Lithuania and are inviting a Recruitment Specialist to join our team, who will conduct ongoing recruitment for various positions and ensure an effective and positive recruitment experience.

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle: candidate search, interview, communication with candidates, feedback and making offers.
- Coordinate recruitment channels and cooperation with external recruitment partners.
- Administer employee documents in the HR management system.
- Participate in employee attraction initiatives and participate in employer brand building activities.
- Prepare reports related to selections and contribute to the improvement of personnel processes and policies.

Employee requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of employee selection, preferably in streaming positions (casino, retail, call center or similar areas).
- Experience in assessing candidates' motivation, qualifications, work experience and suitability.
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
- English language skills - at least B1 level.
