Your responsibilities:
- Search for candidates for administrative positions and conduct selections;
- Active search for candidates using LinkedIn, CV databases and other candidate search channels;
- Coordination of the selection process, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers from the initial interview to the submission of a job offer and employment;
- Assessment of candidate competencies and presentation of the most suitable candidates to heads of departments in Lithuania and other countries of the group of companies;
- Provision of timely feedback to candidates, including communication of negative decisions;
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of selection performance indicators (KPIs);
- Participation in the improvement of personnel selection processes and other personnel management initiatives.
We hope you:
- You have experience in personnel selection or personnel administration;
- You are able to effectively search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV portals and other search tools;
- You are able to communicate verbally and in writing in Lithuanian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- You are organized, responsible and able to coordinate several selection projects at the same time;
- You are able to independently plan work and achieve the desired results;
- You are responsible, diligent and friendly.
