We are looking for a colleague who enjoys dynamic work, communication with people and organizing processes. We hope that you already have experience in the field of personnel selection, but we value initiative, responsibility and a desire to find the best solutions no less.
Main responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates and attracting them to open positions;
- Preparing and administering job advertisements;
- Selecting CVs and assessing candidates in the initial selection stages;
- Ensuring constant communication with candidates throughout the selection process;
- Conducting initial job interviews and providing recommendations;
- Coordinating the recruitment and smooth integration of new employees;
- Creating a positive candidate experience and representing the company as an employer.
The most useful skills and personal qualities:
- Experience in personnel selection;
- Literacy and eloquence;
- Correctness and responsible attitude towards confidential information;
- Good communication skills and the ability to easily establish contact;
- Initiative, quick orientation in situations and the ability not to leave processes "hanging in the air";
- Patience and a positive attitude;
- Good knowledge of English.
