BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- implementation of personnel search and selection projects (from identifying needs to submitting a job offer);
- direct search for candidates on job posting portals, social networks, databases, etc.;
- assessment of competencies, conducting interviews and checking candidates' recommendations;
- cooperation with managers in determining selection criteria.

- you have a higher or higher education;
- you are fluent in Russian and English;
- you are communicative, responsible, and result-oriented;
- you have good negotiation skills and the ability to work in a team.
