Your main responsibilities:
- Preparation and publication of job advertisements in various channels
- Candidate search (active and passive), CV selection
- Conducting interviews (by phone / online / live)
- Candidate assessment and providing recommendations to clients
- Continuous communication with candidates and clients
- Coordination of the selection process from the beginning to employment
- Candidate database administration
- Labor market analysis and candidate pipeline creation
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in recruitment/sales/customer service (advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve results
- English language skills (required)
- Motivation to earn more and grow with the company
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
