Your future activities:
- Organize and conduct selections for production employees.
- Actively search for candidates through various channels (advertising platforms, social networks, contact network, etc.).
- Continuously communicate with potential candidates from EU and non-EU countries.
- Perform initial assessment and selection of candidates according to position requirements.
- Search for and select new subcontractors.
- Communicate with managers on employee needs and coordinate the selection process.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Monitor labor market trends and provide suggestions for improving the candidate search.

- Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage).
- Experience in international recruitment (an advantage).
